Returns & Refunds
It’s my hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please message me within 7 days of delivery. Please wait for a confirmation and instructions prior to returning the items. Returns should be made in the original packaging and materials. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer pays return shipping costs. Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method after I receive the item(s) in their original condition.
Please Note – natural and living items are unique. The beauty of nature is inherently wabi-sabi.
Plants are shipped in good condition and are guaranteed for 30 days.
Glass is fragile. Take care when handling. If you’ve filled your glass with sand or other heavy objects, always pick it up from the bottom to minimize the risk of breakage.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I make every effort for your item(s) to arrive in perfect condition. If damage does occur during delivery, please contact me within 7 days of your delivery to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material.
Orders containing plants will be shipped via USPS Priority. All other orders will be shipped at our discretion via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please double check your shipping information. I’m not liable for address errors on your part.
