All orders containing plants will be shipped via USPS Priority. All other orders will be shipped at our discretion through USPS, FedEx or UPS. You will receive a confirmation number from us via email at the time of shipment.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

All returns must be in their original condition with all tags attached, if applicable. To process a return, message us within 14 days of your delivery with the details of the item or items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please wait for an email confirmation and instructions from us prior to returning the items.

Plants purchased from us should arrive to you in good, healthy condition with care instructions. If by some strange series of events your air plant dies within the first 30 days of purchase, please do not hesitate to message me, and I will replace the plant at no cost to you. We cannot be liable for plants once they are in your care and cannot offer a replacement for them after 30 days.

Please remember that glass is fragile. Take care when setting it down or cleaning it. If you’ve filled your glass with sand or other heavy objects, always pick it up from the bottom to minimize risk of breakage.

Damaged Goods
We make every effort to make sure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition. If damage does occur, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery at message to arrange for a replacement. Please keep the original item and all packing material.
